Today I have commercial use digital torn edge freebie for you. It is grey so it can be colorized to match your digital scrapbook papers. You can use this in Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro or whatever program you use. You can layer it on your paper then delete the part of the paper you don't want. Colorize it and move it below your paper layer. Move it to so it peeps out behind your paper layer. Add a shadow if you want. When you are happy with how it looks, merge layers. Hope you can find a use for it.
